The Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) has acknowledged the appointment of a high-profile inquiry panel by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The panel, chaired by Rob Whitfield AM and including Christine Holman and Guy Debelle, will examine ASX Group's frameworks on governance, capability, and risk management.
ASX Limited Chair David Clarke expressed confidence in the panel's review, stating it WOULD support continued market confidence in the exchange. The findings are expected by 31 March 2026.
